Nexiom (operated by MarshallRidge Consulting Private Limited, “Company”) is a personal-productivity and community platform. It provides tools for daily habit tracking, body and fitness logging, business journalling, AI-powered guidance, task management, and (where enabled) community networking and connections between founders, mentors, and other users.

The Platform is an informational and community tool only. It is not a regulated financial service, investment platform, legal service, healthcare provider, or any other regulated professional service.

Nothing on the Platform, including but not limited to app content, AI-generated responses, community posts, mentor comments, coach notes, featured articles, or any other material, constitutes or should be construed as:

• investment advice, a securities recommendation, or a financial product recommendation;
• financial, accounting, tax, banking, or insurance advice;
• legal, regulatory, or compliance advice;
• medical, health, psychological, nutritional, or mental-health advice or diagnosis;
• business, entrepreneurship, or management consulting advice; or
• any other form of licensed or regulated professional advice.

Any information or content on the Platform is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. Before making any investment, financial, legal, health, or business decision, you should consult a suitably qualified and SEBI-registered (where applicable) independent professional adviser.

The Company makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee — express or implied — that use of the Platform will lead to any specific outcome, including:

• fundraising, investment, or capital-raising of any kind;
• introductions to investors, venture capitalists, or angel investors;
• successful mentorship, partnerships, acquisitions, or hiring;
• business growth, revenue, profitability, or market success;
• improved physical fitness, health, weight loss, or well-being; or

All results depend entirely on your own effort, judgment, decisions, and circumstances outside our control. Past results of any user of the Platform are not indicative of future results for any other user.

Where the Platform facilitates connections, introductions, or networking between users, mentors, coaches, or investors:

• No vetting: We do not verify, screen, vet, or validate the identity, credentials, qualifications, financial standing, regulatory status, track record, intentions, or trustworthiness of any user, mentor, coach, investor, or other third party listed on or introduced through the Platform.
• No endorsement: The appearance of any person, business, or organisation on the Platform does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or approval by the Company.
• Not a regulated broker or intermediary: The Company is not a SEBI-registered investment adviser, broker, dealer, investment banker, or financial intermediary of any kind. We do not intermediate, broker, or advise on any transaction between users.

Any communication, meeting, negotiation, transaction, investment, agreement, joint venture, partnership, employment relationship, or other dealing you enter into with any user, mentor, coach, investor, or other third party you encounter through the Platform is entirely at your own risk.

You are solely responsible for:

• conducting your own due diligence on any third party before engaging with them;
• verifying the identity, credentials, and regulatory status of any person or entity;
• obtaining independent professional advice before entering into any significant transaction; and
• all legal, financial, and other consequences of any dealing you enter into.

The Company is not a party to any dealing between users and is not liable for any loss, damage, fraud, misrepresentation, breach of contract, or other harm arising from any such dealing, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

The Wisdom Corner feature uses Anthropic’s Claude AI model to generate responses to your queries. AI-generated content:

• may be factually inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, or misleading;
• may reflect biases inherent in the underlying model’s training data;
• is not reviewed or verified by a qualified professional before delivery;
• should never be relied upon as the sole basis for any significant personal, financial, legal, or health decision; and
• does not take into account your specific circumstances, jurisdiction, or individual needs.

Always independently verify any AI-generated content with primary sources or qualified professionals before acting on it.

The Platform may contain links to, or display content from, third-party websites, services, tools, or resources. We have no control over such third-party content and make no representation regarding its accuracy, completeness, reliability, legality, or appropriateness. The inclusion of any link or third-party content does not imply endorsement by the Company.

User Content posted by other users on community features of the Platform reflects only the views and opinions of those users and not the Company. We do not endorse or vouch for any User Content.

By using the Platform, you voluntarily and knowingly assume all risks associated with:

• reliance on any content, AI-generated response, or advice provided through the Platform;
• interactions with other users, mentors, coaches, or third parties encountered through the Platform;
• any investment, transaction, or dealing you enter into as a result of connections made through the Platform;
• your own physical activities, including any body or fitness activities you undertake in connection with the Platform; and
• any decision you make based on tracker data, reports, or analytics provided by the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company excludes all liability — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, under statute, or on any other legal basis — for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with:

• your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• reliance on any content, AI-generated response, or information on the Platform;
• any dealing, transaction, investment, or agreement between users;
• the conduct, representations, or omissions of any other user, mentor, coach, or third party;
• any networking introduction or connection facilitated through the Platform; or
• loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded, the Company’s aggregate liability is capped at the greater of: (a) total fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months; or (b) ₹10,000 — as further detailed in § 16 of the Terms of Use.

Mandatory carve-outs:The above exclusion does not apply to: (i) the Company’s fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (ii) the Company’s gross negligence or wilful misconduct; (iii) death or personal injury caused by the Company’s negligence; (iv) non-excludable liability under the DPDP Act, 2023 or the IT Act, 2000; or (v) the non-waivable statutory rights of consumer users under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
