Refund Policy

The 7-day trial is free. You will not be charged unless you actively upgrade. There is nothing to refund during the trial.

If you upgrade and decide within 7 days of your first payment that Nexiom isn't for you, write to privacy@nexiom.app from your registered email and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked. Refunds are processed via Razorpay to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Subscriptions are non-refundable for the remainder of the current billing period. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid month and we will not charge you again.

If a sustained service outage materially prevents you from using the app for more than 48 consecutive hours, we will pro-rate a credit toward your next billing period on request.

Please email us before raising a chargeback — refund disputes are almost always resolved faster directly. If anything is unclear, we'll happily explain in detail.
